Package Details

Day 1: Sarnath and Markandey Mahadev Temple
Your journey begins with a visit to Sarnath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the world. It is here that Gautam Buddha delivered his first sermon. Explore the ancient Chaukhandi Stupa, the majestic Dhamek Stupa, the serene Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, and the Sarnath Museum, which houses fascinating relics from this spiritual site. Later, drive to the Markandey Mahadev Temple, located about 25 km from Sarnath. This sacred temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle of the city.
Day 2: Temple Tour & Evening Ganga Aarti
Begin your day with a visit to some of the most revered temples of Varanasi. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, and others. As you explore, keep in mind that many temples have specific dress codes and rules regarding photography—please adhere to them to ensure a smooth visit. After a day of exploration, experience the spiritual grandeur of Ganga Aarti at one of Varanasi’s famous ghats. The evening aarti is a mesmerizing ritual of lamps, incense, and chanting, which will leave you in awe. After this magical experience, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
